About Durango Sprinkler

OUR STORY

Originally from the East Coast, Victor Longinotti discovered Durango in 2004 and was immediately captivated by the San Juan Mountains and the endless opportunities to explore the outdoors. When he moved here in 2005, Victor brought with him experience in lawn care, rock work, sprinkler systems and irrigation, heavy machinery, and technical snow removal.

In 2008, he launched what would become AVL (Animas Valley Landscaping), built on the belief that property owners should be able to rely on their landscaping company for custom, high-quality work done right every time. Over the years AVL has grown to serve many of Durango’s HOAs and commercial properties.

Durango Sprinkler Company was established as a specialized offshoot of AVL, focused exclusively on sprinkler installation, maintenance, repairs, audits, and winterization.

Like a true Durango local, Victor still spends his free time skiing at Purgatory, chasing powder in the San Juans, or riding one of the many mountain bike trails in the area.
